By accessing the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. BonEx operates as a decentralized, high-frequency trading app-chain. Our processing activities are designed to minimize data collection while ensuring the technical integrity of our on-chain Central Limit Order Book (CLOB).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information through three primary channels:

2.1 Information Provided by You

  • Social Authentication Data: When you utilize "frictionless" login via third-party services (e.g., Telegram, X/Twitter, or Google), we receive unique identifiers (UIDs), email addresses, or profile handles associated with those accounts to facilitate session management and account recovery.
  • Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting our support, providing feedback, or participating in community forums.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information (Usage Data)

  • Network and Device Diagnostics: To maintain sub-second latency and system stability, we collect IP addresses, device types, operating system versions, and network performance metrics (e.g., connection speed and relay-node latency).
  • On-Chain Activity: As a sovereign app-chain, we record all transaction hashes, wallet addresses (including those managed via embedded/invisible wallet solutions), and interactions with our smart contracts and the matching engine.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Blockchain Data: We aggregate publicly available data from external blockchains to facilitate cross-chain bridging and the "perpification" of various asset classes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for the following purposes:

  • Execution of Trading Services: To operate the on-chain CLOB, facilitate "Episodic Trading" sessions, and ensure real-time price discovery across Digital Assets (including Cryptocurrencies), Forex, Commodities, and Global Equities.
  • Loyalty and Gamification: To manage reward systems, calculate quest points, and maintain public Leaderboards to foster community engagement.
  • AI-Powered Automation: To power trading agents and automated strategies that execute market expressions on your behalf based on your specific inputs.
  • Compliance and Security: To implement geofencing for specific asset classes (e.g., RWAs or Equities) where required by regional regulations and to protect the app-chain infrastructure from DDoS or other malicious activities.

4. The Nature of Blockchain Data

Transparency and Immutability: By using the Service, you acknowledge that all trading activity, including positions, PnL, and liquidations, is recorded on a public, decentralized ledger. Blockchain records are immutable; once data is broadcasted to the BonEx app-chain, it cannot be deleted or modified. This data is essential for the "Unified Liquidity Game" and on-chain settlement.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Infrastructure Providers: With vendors who provide core technical services (e.g., RPC nodes, AI compute resources, or social login authentication).
  • Network Participants: With validators and relayers necessary for transaction propagation and consensus on the app-chain.
  • Liquidity Ecosystem: Publicly available on-chain data is shared across the ecosystem to ensure market depth and transparent execution for both retail and professional participants.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / International Standards)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access and Portability: The right to request a copy of the data we hold off-chain.
  • Rectification: The right to correct inaccurate off-chain information.
  • Objection to Automated Processing: The right to opt-out of AI-powered trading agent features.
  • Erasure: The right to request the deletion of your off-chain data. Note: This right does not extend to data stored on the blockchain ledger (on-chain data).

7. International Data Transfers

BonEx is a decentralized protocol with global infrastructure. Your information may be processed on servers and nodes located outside your home country. We implement security protocols to ensure your data remains protected regardless of its physical location.

8. Data Retention

We retain off-chain information (such as temporary session logs) only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. On-chain data is stored indefinitely as part of the immutable, historical blockchain state.

9. Security

The security of the protocol is maintained through advanced cryptography; however, the security of individual account access via third-party social logins remains the sole responsibility of the User.
